Downtown Boxing regularly photographs and records training, classes, events, competitions, community activities, and gym life.

Photography and recording

By entering the gym, attending a class, or participating in an event, visitors and members may be photographed or recorded.

How media may be used

Downtown Boxing may use photographs, video, audio, or related media on its website, social media, print materials, advertisements, promotional materials, and other gym marketing.

No expectation of payment

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, people shown in gym media should not expect payment, royalties, or other compensation for permitted promotional use.

Request not to be featured

If you do not want to be featured, email admin@downtownboxing.fit before training or an event and speak with gym staff when you arrive. We will make reasonable efforts to respect the request for future use.

Minors

Parents and guardians are responsible for communicating media preferences and providing any required consent for minors who participate in gym activities.
